Christu Kumar Gadde
(managing director)
Mr. Christu Kumar has been an educator for more than two decades. He worked in various B.Ed colleges in India as a lecturer and later on he moved to the United States to work as a Special Education teacher for nearly a decade. After returning from the U.S. he has decided to help the teachers aspiring to work in the United States by using his vast experience and knowledge about the American school system. To fill the vacant teaching positions in shortage areas in the United States and to make the dream come true for the teachers in India to teach in the American classrooms Shammah Global Placements was established by Mr.Gadde.
Mr. Solomon Raj is a professor in a reputed college teaching MBA students for the past 15 years and is a co-founder of Shammah Global Placements. He works closely with our American partner agencies who help us to relocate the teachers in different states of the U.S. He also coordinates with the Human Resource departments of various school districts in America to identify the vacant teaching positions where we can place our teachers.

Ravi Kumar Patankar
(Training and Orientation)
Mr. Patankar is a Science teacher who has worked in different schools in different states of America for over 15 years. He is not only a successful science teacher in the U.S. but also an expert in the classroom management techniques which he learnt and developed to succeed in the American classrooms. At SGP Mr.Patankar conducts training sessions for the shortlisted teachers before the final interview with the school principals and gives comprehensive orientation to the selected teachers before their departure to the United States.
Dr. Gallishaw has been working in the U.S. school system for more than 15 years giving Guidance Assistance, as a Business Education Teacher and the Director of Education. She identifies the available teaching positions in various school districts by coordinating with the Human Resource Departments and Principals to place our teachers. Apart from this Dr. Gallishaw helps our teachers in understanding the U.S. School system, the curriculum and all the planning the teacher has to do to be successful in the classroom.
